Ché Chumber
Ché is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Acclaimed Content. He has executive produced and overseen a range of productions, including BBC Three’s Queen of Trucks and Channel 4.0’s Family Face-Off and Random or Related.
With more than a decade of experience leading teams across digital, live events and radio, Ché brings a broad production background to his work. Before launching Acclaimed Content, he was an Executive Producer at BBC Radio, where he led music, events and partnership initiatives, while developing and launching emerging talent.
His television credits include editorial and production roles on successful programmes such as Strictly Come Dancing, The Gadget Show and HOW.
Passionate about championing new voices and uncovering untold stories, Ché combines creative vision with strong production expertise to drive innovative content and talent development.
Gannesh Rajah
Gannesh Rajah (Senior Producer at Objekt) is a multiple BIFA award-winning producer working across documentary, scripted, and digital content. His feature documentary IF THE STREETS WERE ON FIRE, premiered at the BFI London Film Festival, received a UK theatrical release, and was acquired by BBC Storyville.
The film won two BIFA Awards, including "Best Feature Documentary", while Gannesh was nominated for "Breakthrough Producer". It was also longlisted for the BAFTA for "Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer". His work has screened at leading international festivals including SXSW, CPH:DOX, and DOC NYC, with projects supported by organisations such as Sandbox Films and Sundance.
He has created content for BBC, CBeebies, Spotify, and Footasylum. Gannesh is a Doc Society Fellow, BFI Insight Producer, and Sheffield DocFest Future Producer alumnus.
He has also been part of Film London’s Breaking the Glass Ceiling initiative and was named a Film London Lodestar.
Gerry Callaghan
Gerry is the Development Executive at Double FTV, working across a broad range of content and new ideas for all the major broadcasters.
Jason Osborne
Jason Osborne is a BAFTA-nominated director and the founder of Project Must Entertainment, an award-winning, emerging production company, focused on high-impact documentary, unscripted and scripted projects.
His Netflix film ‘Love Languages’ was BAFTA longlisted for British Short Film, and he received a BAFTA nomination for his ITV documentary ‘Our Jubilee’ which he produced and directed. Previously selected for Channel 4’s Indie Accelerator Programme, Project Must has a curated slate of original documentaries and scripted projects currently in development.
Jasper Warry
Jasper Warry is an award winning Welsh filmmaker, BAFTA member and Founder and CEO of BAFTA Cymru nominated Hello Deer Studios.
He’s an alumnus of the Edinburgh International Film Festival and Reykjavik International Film Festival Talent Labs, and was recently selected for the BFI UK Global Screen Fund Co-Producing Workshop, and was recently a PACT delegate at the Troya Film Platform in Turkey.
As a documentary maker, he’s directed numerous films for charities and political campaigns, often dealing with equality and mental health issues, and recently exec produced and directed two 60′ documentaries for ITV, including the BAFTA Cymru nominated Can I Be Welsh And Black?
His most recent scripted production is About A Bell, a feature film directed by Simon Callow and starring Christopher Eccleston, Omid Djalili, Eleanor Worthington-Cox, Nigel Havers and Roger Allam, slated for release in 2026.
Joanna Young
Joanna is development producer at MacTV, an award-winning production company and Employee-Owned Trust based in Scotland’s beautiful Western Isles. MacTV is celebrating its 25th year of production in 2026.
As well as keeping up the constant flow of new ideas for MacTV’s factual output deal with Gaelic language broadcaster BBC ALBA, Joanna seeks out new commissions, opportunities and co-productions, which she edit-produces and produces. These have included natural history series, such as the award-winning Tide, and Rain: The Untold Story, which has sold in more than 50 territories worldwide, to history docs, including internationally distributed Viking woman explorer epic The Far Traveller, and Columba: The Bold Saint.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, Pilates and spending time with family and her five-year-old Lhasa Apso.
Kieran McCarthy
A highly experienced development specialist and executive producer, Kieran joined Acclaimed Content in 2026 to lead the growing studio's development and supercharge their slate of disruptive documentaries and distinctive factual formats. He co-created Ashley Cain: Into the Dangerzone for BBC, At War With Next Door for Channel 5, The Great B&B Challenge for Channel 4, and reality smash hit Just Tattoo of Us for MTV.
Kieran has led developments, and series produced and exec'd returning series at some of UK's leading production companies in London and UK regions.
Lola Lee
Lola Lee is an award-winning Chinese documentary filmmaker, cinematographer, based in London.
Drawing on over a decade of experience across television, documentary filmmaking, commercial storytelling, food brand strategy, and food systems research, her work sits at the intersection of cinema, culture, and sustainability. She believes food is far more than what we eat, it is a powerful lens through which to understand identity, migration, heritage, community, and our relationship with the natural world.
Drawing on visual storytelling expertise and deep engagement with food systems and farming communities, Lola creates films that connect intimate human stories with larger social and environmental questions. Her work often begins with an ingredient, a meal, or a tradition, and expands into explorations of belonging, resilience, and change.
Working across cultures and continents, she is building a distinctive cinematic practice that uses food as a universal language to explore the forces shaping our collective future.
Michelle Heeley
With over 27 years’ experience in the TV industry, Michelle has worked on some of the most popular shows on telly. From daytime to primetime, she’s gained a reputation for making quality popular factual TV. When Double FTV was launched in 2025 she become the Creative Director. She now oversees all new commissions and development.
Miles Overton
Miles Overton is a Development Executive / Senior Creative at Objekt, responsible for leading development of all new projects for broadcasters, brands and publishers. He has previous development and production experience at The Times, Future Studios, Mentorn and BBC Three.
He has developed shows for Max, ITV, Channel 4, Amazon Prime and more, and digital content for the BBC, 4.0, Footasylum, Ooni amongst others.
Rosa Brough
Rosa is the founder and Creative Director of 7FIFTY, a Bristol-based production company specialising in food, hospitality and luxury content.
With over 10 years of experience across broadcast television, Rosa brings deep editorial knowledge and a long-standing personal connection to food and chef culture, as well as a strong professional relationships within the industry.
Alongside working with brands such as Birkenstock, Yorkshire Tea & Bentley Motors, her recent broadcast credits include Gary Barlow’s Food & Wine Tour, Series 1 & 2 ( ITV) Tom Kerridge’s Sunday Lunch (Food Network) and Alison Hammond’s Florida Unpacked (BBC 2).
Seamus Mactaggart
Seumas is a highly regarded senior broadcast professional with an extensive and successful career across the UK and international creative industries. As a TV Producer and Senior Executive with both the BBC and MacTV, he has built a strong reputation for creative vision, strategic leadership and delivering high-quality content across a wide range of genres and platforms.
His experience spans Children’s, Youth, Education, Music, Documentary and Drama, and includes numerous landmark and award-winning projects.
In recent years, Seumas has driven MacTV’s international growth, leading the company's move into high-end co-financed and co-produced television. He devised and implemented a new development strategy, built an extensive network of global partners, and secured collaborations with broadcasters and production companies worldwide. He also oversees MacTV’s acquired documentary slate for BBC ALBA, bringing premium international factual content to Gaelic audiences.
Shurwin Beckford
Shurwin Beckford is an Emmy-nominated Executive Producer, Showrunner and Director specialising in documentary series and factual entertainment. His work spans award-nominated and globally distributed content for Netflix, BBC, Paramount and YouTube Originals, including They’ve Gotta Have Us (BAFTA-nominated) and The Mandela Project (International Emmy-nominated), which he also creatively led.
With extensive experience across the UK, Europe and the US, he has led large-scale productions from development through to delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams and shaping editorial direction across both long-form and digital formats.
His credits include landmark series such as Highlife (Channel 4), Trippin’ with Anthony Anderson & Mom (NBC/E!), and Mission Motherland (BET/Paramount) alongside innovative digital work that has reached global audiences.
Tom Sutton
Tom Sutton is an experienced television development executive specialising in the creation, development and pitching of unscripted formats.
Over the past decade he has worked with some of the UK’s leading production companies, including Studio Ramsay, BBC Studios, South Shore, Avalon, Twofour and Shine, developing entertainment, reality and factual formats for major broadcasters and streamers.
His credits include the BAFTA-nominated Banged Up (Channel 4), Freddie’s Field of Dreams (BBC1), Loaded in Paradise (ITV2), Singletown (ITV2) and Cooking With The Stars (ITV).
