Catherine Montel
I am Catherine Montel. I have been series producer of the show Affaire Conclue (French "Cash or Trash") since December 2023.
After earning a Master's degree in Literature and Audiovisual Studies from the Sorbonne, as well as a diploma in Media Techniques and Language, I began working at Canal + on factuals programs as a journalist and segment producer on various shows, including "Le Journal du Cinéma" (Cinéma TV show), "Le Grand Journal" (Daily talk show), and "En Aparté" (daily one and one celebrity interview) , for over 10 years.
Following two seasons on "Nouvelle Star" (French American idol) as a story producer, I joined the team of "La Maison France 5" (a weekly show about architecture, design and interior decoration) where I worked for 11 years as a segment producer.
My passion for objects and television eventually led me to Warner, where I became the producer of "La Vie des objets" (Cash or Trash spin off) before stepping into my current role.
Donya Blaze
A longtime music junkie, Donya began her career as a radio personality. She was Showrunner for several hit, digital talk shows before transitioning into unscripted TV with Porsha’s Family Matters (Bravo) where she produced the show’s buzzworthy trailer.
Her recent credits include Supervising Producer for Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard (Bravo) and The Impact: ATL (BET+); Story Producer for Bravo’s Love Hotel (Bravo) and The Real Housewives of Atlanta (Bravo); and Producer for red carpet live shows, like BET Awards ‘22 and 2020 NAACP Image Awards.
A fan of post-production in particular, she is also an experienced video editor who prides herself not only on addressing network notes quickly, but also her knack for sifting through hours of footage for the perfect side-eye glance or funny, uninhibited moment to make the final cut sing.
Gabrielle Callaway Glenn
I’m not satisfied with the surface storytelling; I’m drawn to the depth beyond what we can see and hear.
I started my unscripted career as a field and story producer producing episodes of TV for NBC Universal, Wendy Williams Productions, and the country of the Philippines.
I may not be the stereotypical picture of the Hollywood producer, but what I lack in the extroversion, I make up for in excellent research skills, proactive in-the-field and post producing, and a genuine interest in other people.
Through my experiences in this dynamic industry, I’ve developed a keen understanding of what captivates audiences and drives successful television programming. From brainstorming concepts to overseeing the production process, I bring a comprehensive skill set to every project. I thrive on challenges and my ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments has earned me the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike.
Jermaine Wilson
I’m a Los Angeles based unscripted producer and my love of storytelling began in childhood at the dinner table. That was my family’s campfire, where my dad captivated us every night with stories about growing up on a small island beach town near Philadelphia–where I was born and raised.
So when I’m telling stories, whether on a documentary or a competition show, I see the TV as the collective campfire. And my personal mission is to entertain in a way that helps the audience see themselves in the humanity of others.
When I’m not making TV, you can find me drawing chalk murals on blackboard walls in my art studio.

Her work includes Tryouts (ESPN+), NYT Presents (FX/Hulu), Bake It Til You Make It (Food Network), and Chef Bootcamp (Food Network); for the latter two she oversaw the casting and development leading to their respective greenlights. She studied psychology and communications at The George Washington University, which explains her ability to tap into unique worlds and connect with people from any walk of life. As an insatiably curious extrovert, Linda believes her career is what happens when the “why?” kid never stops asking questions.
Outside of TV, Linda can be found growing her never-ending list of places to see and eat in NYC or experimenting with sourdough recipes. Her starter is named Yung Lenox.
Natalie Wong
Natalie Wong is a Los Angeles-based Field and Story Producer originally from Hong Kong, raised in the Bay Area in California. While studying theatre at Emerson College, Natalie performed a version of Anna Deveare Smith’s Twilight, Los Angeles: 1992, sparking a lifelong passion for documentary-style storytelling, rooted in human rights and emotional integrity.
Today, she finds joy in guiding real people through their own stories, whether seated beside a DP in the humid Dominican Republic or stringing out cuts in post. Natalie endeavors to become the kind of showrunner who elevates multicultural stories with empathy, humor, and heart.
Her most recent credits include the 90 Day Fiancé franchise (TLC), Estate of Survival (Amazon Prime), and Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge (HGTV).
