I am a camera operator based in Brooklyn, NY. I have 4+ years of experience working on non-linear film production such as documentaries, advertising, and live performances. I am passionate about visual story-telling, photography, capturing moments on camera.
Jonathan Rodriguez
My name is Jonathan Rodriguez and I was born in Los Angeles, California. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish). I went to school in NYC at BMCC and got an associate degree in Video Arts & Technology. I also went to City College of New York, and I have a BFA degree in Film & Video Production.
Since my first day in school, I knew I wanted to become a great cinematographer and fell in love with composition, camera movement, lighting, and helping people turn their vision into reality.

I’ve always been a visual storyteller, creating videos from school projects to birthday gifts. I learned the rules of visual storytelling in college, since graduation I find new angles everyday. I found to love collaborating with other artists because they are always inspiring, and working with creatives will always challenge me to grow.
Luisa Madrid
Luisa F. Madrid is a rising cinematographer and first-generation Peruvian/Colombian-American filmmaker, celebrated for her ability to craft visually striking and emotionally resonant narratives. With a blend of technical mastery and artistic intuition, Luisa specializes in capturing emotional intimacy and grounding stories in relatable, humanistic moments. She is sought after for her collaborative energy, problem-solving skills on set, and her ability to translate complex narratives into powerful, visually compelling stories. Whether working on a narrative film, documentary, music video or commercial project, Luisa Madrid brings a dynamic and emotionally rich approach to every frame she captures. As a proud member of Women in Media, Chicana’s Director Initiative and NYWIFT, she is a strong advocate for inclusivity and representation in the film and entertainment industry.
Olivia Steed
Olivia Steed is a cinematographer, camera operator, and camera assistant from Durham, North Carolina based in Los Angeles. With a passion for community and visual storytelling, she brings a keen eye and technical expertise to every project because she knows it’s our stories that connect us. When she’s not behind the camera, Olivia can be found coaching or playing volleyball, embracing the teamwork and precision that fuel both her athletic and creative pursuits. Always eager to lens the things that bring us together, venturing into the world of food programming is fitting because it connects our experience, joy, and stories.
Sara Garth
Sara Garth is a camera operator and cinematographer who works out of Los Angeles and Vancouver. She shoots and operates narrative features and shorts as well as commercials, music videos and documentaries. Her work has screened at festivals around the world and can be seen on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max. Her feature film Black Barbie: A Documentary by director Lagueria Davis won the Best Documentary prize at the 2025 NAACP awards and is currently streaming on Netflix. Her next feature, a supernatural horror film called Archangel by director Bryan Hill, is now in post production. Sara loves collaborating with directors to tease out the most effective way to evoke the emotion of each scene. She is known as a positive force on set. In her free time she loves epic board games.
Sonny Vega
Sonny is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker with Puerto Rican roots, blending technical expertise with a deep love for storytelling. With a B.A. in Film Production and eight years in the film and television industry, they've worked across multiple departments, honing their skills as an AC and Video Tech Assistant. Passionate about capturing raw, compelling moments, Sonny gravitates toward documentary filmmaking, music, and the art of food—always seeking the perfect shot that brings a story to life.
