A.D. Johnson

A.D. Johnson
Born in Ocala, Florida, A.D. Johnson started his music career playing drums at the age of 5 in his family’s church. His family moved to central Texas in the 90s and he progressed in his musical roots joining the school band. In the early 2000s, A.D. continued his education in Dallas, Texas earning his Bachelor’s in Entertainment, Sport and Promotions Management. A.D. began his professional career in entertainment with the Dallas Cowboys sales team. While working there, he started his own company, Chosen Musicians, offering Music Supervision and Licensing services working with independent filmmakers and managing artists. In 2019, he moved to Los Angeles to work for Universal Music Group as a music licensing executive. Currently, he is creative sync manager at SoundCloud. A.D. has a strong passion for music and is devoted to make an impact on the culture.

Matthew Wang

Matthew Wang
Matthew Wang is a composer, music editor, and music supervisor based out of NYC/LA. He is the co-composer of the EMMY-nominated RENO 911 The Hunt For QAnon and recipient of a HMMA award for his original song for the film HeadNoise, executive-produced by Shaquille O'Neal. As a music supervisor, he hopes to bring more music from historically underrepresented voices on screen in film/TV.

Mjeema Pickett

Mjeema Pickett
Born in Washington, DC, Mjeema Pickett’s passion for music started at a young age. After graduating from Clark Atlanta University, she began her career in the music programming department of her hometown radio station, WPGC-FM. In her most recent role as Head of R&B/Soul at Spotify, she oversaw the curation of globally published playlists including Are & Be, Chilled R&B and Soul Coffee. Prior to joining Spotify, Mjeema was the Director of Music Programming at VH1. During her tenure there, she oversaw the development and creation of music video programs that aired on both VH1 and VH1Soul, ensuring a well-balanced representation to viewers.

Nikki Marshall

Nikki Marshall
Nikki Marshall is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and began her career with local heroes: Organized Noize and The Dungeon Family. She went on to run publishing companies for super producer, Dallas Austin. Writers within the company's repertoire contributed to hit singles including Kelis' "Bossy" during her time there. Nikki has also served as a licensing consultant for several networks and media brands. Past clients include Viacom, Essence Media, Turner Broadcasting and Verizon. She currently works in Sync for Warner Chappell Music Publishing. In her current position she coordinates and negotiates original and catalog music uses for Film & Television. Highlights include several original songs performed by the character Lil Murda in STARZ’s hit show P-Valley.

Tiffany Gouché

Tiffany Gouché
Hailing from Inglewood, CA, 5x Grammy Nominated singer, songwriter, and producer, Tiffany Gouché, has scaled her way to the forefront of the Soul and R&B scene. During her teenage years she began a creative journey writing and producing with her cousins, D Smoke, SiR, and Davion Farris under the WoodWorks banner, where they created for the likes of Mary J. Blige, Usher, Missy Elliot, Babyface, The Pussycat Dolls, Trey Songz, etc. Equipped with her full-bodied melodies, Tiffany’s Pillow Talk EP (2015) and dual single release “Dive” (2017) turned the industry on their ears with a robust epilogue of audacious tales—garnering Gouché praise and accolades from music’s elite. Described by Billboard as purely heartfelt and soul-warming, the knob-twiddling multi-instrumentalist has been blazing the scene collaborating, touring and sharing stages with a myriad of artists, including: Anderson .Paak, Solange, Ty Dolla $ign, Jill Scott, Jay Rock, Little Simz, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Daley, Kehlani, JMSN, and Kelela. Anyone that has ever experienced Tiffany Gouché will testify that she knows no ceilings both on and off stage. The
FADER explains how “her lyrics about thrilling rendezvous and sticky situations feel up-close and multi-dimensional". Most recently lending vocals and productions to 5x GRAMMY Award winner Lalah Hathaway for Ms. Hathaway’s Honestly album (2017), Tiffany has not only been able to create a sound of her own but more notably a sound that is sought after by some of our most respected legends. Tiffany was also featured on the GRAMMY-nominated album, Velvet Portraits, by longtime collaborator, Terrace Martin.

Willy Rodriguez

Willy Rodriguez
Mr. Willy Rodriguez is a coveted pianist, musical director, producer, composer, and philanthropist and was recently elected as a Governor for the NY Chapter of the Recording Academy. Willy was born and raised in New York City to immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic. At the age of 5, his parents realizedthat he had a strong passion for music. His parents encouraged him to expand his natural abilities by enrolling him in piano classes. Ten years after his first piano lesson, Mr. Rodriguez became a professional pianist at the age of 15. While attending Laguardia Highschool of Performing Arts, Mr. Rodriguez performed for former President Bill Clinton, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, and various presidents of the Dominican Republic, and at 19 years old became musical director of the Tito Puente Jr. Orchestra and othermusic groups. As a musical director, Mr. Rodriguez has been honored to share the stage with artists such as the late great Celia Cruz, Lauryn Hill, Sade, George Clinton, and the Gypsy Kings, to name a few. Secondly, Mr. Rodriguez has also worked as a music producer with companies like A&E Networks, History Channel, Lifetime TV, ESPN Deportes, and Splice. Growing up in Washington Heights was no easy task, but music always created a safe escape that allowed him to flourish. Now, Mr. Rodriguez plans on giving back to his community through the arts and wants to ensure that our youth receive opportunities that can empower them and enrich their lives for the better.
