Laís Ribeiro
Laís Ribeiro is a producer, debut director, and lawyer from Sapopemba, in the eastern zone of São Paulo. She is involved in projects with major players and also develops and strengthens various independent and original audiovisual projects. She was selected by PROAC/2023 to direct her short film "Atelier," which explores one of the country's first rap studios. Additionally, she was chosen by Aldir Blanc/2021 to develop "Nuances," a project focusing on racial miscegenation. Laís was part of the production team for the documentary series "Sócrates," directed by Walter Salles and produced by Rodrigo Teixeira. She worked on the production of the feature films "Dystopia" and "Pai Pátria," directed by Petra Costa.
Robson Dias
Robson Dias is a Brazilian director, screenwriter, and editor with a dynamic career spanning sports journalism, documentaries, and feature films. He has directed acclaimed short films, including "Pra Ingles Ver," and contributed to major productions for Canal OFF and Canal BIS. With advanced studies in Paris and Marseille, Robson is passionate about teaching cinema and storytelling. His recent projects include co-directing "Eu Ouvi o Chamado do Manto," selected for Cannes Docs 2025. Robson is currently researching "Quilombo da Barrinha," a documentary-essay honoring his ancestral heritage for his Franco-Brazilian daughter.
William Souza
William Souza is a forward-thinking creative director and photographer-videomaker from Recife - Brazil, known for shaping compelling audiovisual narratives in music and culture. His collaborations span acclaimed Brazilian artists such as Mariana Aydar, Rachel Reis, and Luiz Lins, and his portfolio includes standout projects like the Recbeat festival documentary and the immersive mini-doc "Cápsula de Respiração," produced in partnership with the British Council and Oi Futuro. Influenced by icons like Gordon Parks and Jorge Furtado, William crafts a distinctive style that spotlights urban art and challenges conventional visual storytelling. Guided by the belief that beauty is subjective, his work invites viewers to reconsider what is interesting, focusing on aesthetic impact over traditional notions of attractiveness.
