Black Brazil Unspoken

Delivered in partnership with WIP Ventures, aims to give opportunity and elevate the voice to of Black Brazilian filmmakers who are breaking into the media sector, as industry data continues to demonstrate that Black people remain particularly underrepresented across director, writer and producer roles in the region. At WBD we are passionate about facilitating change in the industry to help increase access and visibility for Black filmmakers - we want to showcase unique stories, spotlight emerging talent and provide real access and opportunity for filmmakers to make their mark on the industry from pitch to production.
