Grace Moss
Grace Moss is the VP Inclusion Pipeline Programs for Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, she helps oversee the company’s efforts to expand the pool of talent and break down barriers so they have access to creative careers within WBD. Through a comprehensive suite of pipeline programs and extensive engagements with prestigious film festivals and creative conferences, her team discovers exceptional artists, hones their craft and connects them to opportunities across the portfolio.
Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, Grace served as the Senior Director of Talent Development & Inclusion for NBC Entertainment, where she spearheaded multiple programs that focused on discovering, cultivating and showcasing talented writers and directors of diverse backgrounds. She was tapped to be a part of NBCUniversal’s first Global Advisory Committee for its Asian American employee Resource Group, which drove key strategies and oversaw messaging on a national scale.
Before coming to NBC, Grace was a Development Executive at the Style Network, where she shepherded new series, from initial pitch to production. Prior to her stint at the Style Network, she worked as a freelance reality Producer and Director on a plethora of unscripted shows on a variety of networks, including MTV, VH1, TLC and NBC.
Her leadership training includes the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Athlete Training Program, Comcast’s Know Your Value initiative and Harvard Business School’s Leadership Consortium. Grace graduated from UCLA with a BA English and Minor in Asian American Studies. In her spare time, Grace enjoys playing tennis, wine tasting and baking with her son.

Jen Sobol
Jen Sobol has over 18 years of experience in the screen industries, with a career spanning training, production, film education, and film festival development. She is passionate about discovering new voices and talent, and ensuring content advances the inclusion of all voices and perspectives so that it resonates with increasingly diverse and global audiences. remains diverse and engaging. As Director of Programmes at Warner Bros. Discovery, Jen leads the company's pipeline initiatives in international markets, focused on creating opportunities and pathways for talent.
Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Jen spent a decade at the British Film Institute (BFI), where she played a key role in the development and expansion of the BFI Film Academy. In this capacity, she designed programs aimed at empowering young people from diverse backgrounds to acquire new skills and pursue careers in the screen industries. Jen's global experience includes providing grants and professional development training to film festivals across Africa, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific, marking the start of her career in film festival development.
Originally from Montreal, Jen has lived in London for nearly two decades with her partner and young son. Though cinema outings are now a rarer treat, she remains an avid film and TV viewer, as well as a dedicated runner and aspiring gardener. Jen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MSc in International Development Studies from Birkbeck, University of London.

Jamie Hernandez
Jamie Hernandez’s passion for inclusion, plus her background in production, led her to the role of Programs Manager, Inclusion Pipeline Programs at Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, she manages some of the talent development programs to connect talent to WBD’s content and brands. In addition, she serves as the Chair for the Burbank Chapter of WAVE (Warner Asian Voices Elevated), one of the company’s Business Resource Groups. Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, Jamie was at NBCUniversal where she worked in Production & Operations for the Entertainment Content Group. Jamie was part of the team that oversaw all aspects of production management for NBCU networks’ original series & specials and also served as the Global Advisory Committee Co-Lead for Asian Pacific Americans@NBCUniversal Employee Resource Group. She started her career by donning a polyester uniform as an NBC Page. In May 2021, Jamie was honored with the Woman of Diversity Award by Comerica Bank and The Los Angeles Lakers (her favorite team). Although she does not have much of a sweet tooth these days, she does savor any treats containing “ube” (purple yam). She also enjoys jamming out to BTS.

Jasmine Speights
Jasmine Speights is a Senior Program Specialist at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she produces pipeline development programs on the WBD Access Team and connects talent to WBD content and brands. In her role at WBD, she launched the inaugural WBD Access Music Supervisor program, a first-of-its-kind multi-month pipeline program for creatives looking to get into Music Supervision roles on TV shows and Films. Previously, Jasmine supported the Content Acquisitions & Strategy team at HBOMax and worked in Business Development at Disney ABC Television Group. Jasmine is the Vice President of the SoCal chapter of NAMIC. She was raised in Stone Mountain, GA., attended Howard University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Georgia State University. Jasmine is a member of the Television Academy and served as a judge for the Internship Program for Development, Comedy and Drama in 2021. Currently residing in her hometown of Los Angeles, Jasmine indulges her passion for DJ'ing and outdoor activities.

Kaitlyn Herring
Kaitlyn Herring is a Program Manager on the WBD Inclusion team in the Pipeline Program COE based in Los Angeles. Previously, she’s served on the Corporate Social Responsibility team where she managed multiple Social Impact and Sustainability programs. In that role, she managed WBD Access to Action which is a production inclusion program that creates pathways for talent to gain employment in the entertainment industry's crafts. Earlier in her career she worked in environmental sustainability at CBS Television and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Holly Lee
With a passion for the arts and entertainment, Holly Lee has been at WBD since 1999 providing senior-level executive support to busy leaders in the People & Culture space. She enjoys being of service and recently joined the Inclusion team to be closer to the work that aligns with her values and interest. Holly is Chinese-American and moved to LA from Florida to pursue an acting career after graduating with a BA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. She is a current SAG-AFTRA member who also enjoys producing short-form videos. In her free me, Holly enjoys spending time with her pro chef husband whom she has known since childhood. Together, they are parents to a beloved red-haired cockapoo named Baby who is her constant muse.

Phoebe Simonelli
As the Pipeline apprentice to the UK’s Inclusion team, Phoebe has a strong passion for film production and being involved in creative opportunities in an inclusive environment. With a strong academic background in English Literature, Film, and Sociology and having previously worked in secondary education, Phoebe developed a deep admiration for diverse creative expressions, fueling a commitment to accessibility. Since starting at Warner Bros. Discovery she has supported on programmes across EMEA, particularly the Access x Waterloo Road Director’s Programme.
Screen and stage storytelling has shaped the majority of her experiences and in addition to her academic achievements, Phoebe has a vast background in theatre and trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School. Being heavily inspired by film and media arts she has written and developed her own screenplay ‘Mixed Signals’ and has undertaken commissions for wedding and commercial photography.

Cassius Banton
Cassius joined WBD in 2024 as an Inclusion graduate intern. With roots steeped in the music industry, Cassius has been able to form a wealth of connections within creative spaces. He has managed a music artist for 3 years as well as engaging in additional project management endeavors, working alongside Grammy-Nominated artists and producers.
Cassius has always been absorbed in film and TV which strongly developed throughout his time at the University of Birmingham, as he became an avid attendee of its Film Society. To complete his degree in Political Science and Philosophy, Cassius wrote his dissertation on corporate social responsibility, carrying out extensive research into corporations and their efforts toward stakeholders. With his interest in film alongside his research into CSR Cassius is keen to progress within the industry.

Azariah Jade
As the Inclusion Pipeline Program Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery, Azariah is responsible for devising and executing strategies aimed at increasing representation and inclusion. Her work includes building partnership and creating and managing talent pipeline programs.
Azariah has worked in a variety of roles across the creative industry, starting as a Scripted TV Intern at NBCUniversal. She then gained hands-on experience as an Assistant Director on various HETV dramas and feature films and served as a Senior Project Coordinator at DiVA Apprenticeships, where she oversaw the recruitment of 350 young people as part of the governments Kickstart Scheme.
Prior to this role she was Film London’s Industry Skills Partnership Manager, supporting broadcasters, studios and production companies such as NBCUniversal, Channel 4, Sony Pictures Entertainment, 60Forty Films, Two Brothers Pictures and more in developing bespoke training and recruitment process, with the focus on enhancing inclusion and talent retention within the creative industries workforce.
Azariah is a passionate advocate for the growth of talent, and the development of a strong and sustainable workforce for the industry. She is driven by her belief that inclusion is not about one person or a group of people, it’s about everyone. It’s about creating a thriving environment in which everyone, regardless of background, can grow and succeed. Her approach to inclusion goes beyond merely ticking boxes; Azariah is committed to creating long-term change through strong foundations and strategic action.

Launched in September 2020, Warner Bros. Discovery (fka WarnerMedia)'s Access Canada team focuses specifically on creating pathways for Canadian talent, both above and below the line. Based in Canada, the team with deep connections and experience across the industry develops and manages creative talent development programs championing underrepresented voices.

Melanie Nepinak Hadley
Melanie is an Ojibway Woman and member of Pine Creek First Nation. Growing up in an underrepresented community, she has the unique life experience to give her the drive, ambition, and perseverance to explore the power of change through storytelling.
In her 15+ years working in the entertainment industry in Canada she has taken every opportunity to work creatively with storytellers from her own community, as well as many other unique and unheard voices to bring fresh perspectives to screens across North America. She seldom says no to new opportunities and always wants to learn more. With an unconventional career path, Melanie has developed the skills to make and maintain connections, to support new and established talent, and to help develop and elevate stories.
Outside of her daily role at WM Melanie contributes to the industry by sitting on the board of directors for imagineNATIVE Film + Media Festival, National Screen Institute, and Cousin Film Collective. In all avenues she is actively connecting talent to opportunity and diversifying the pool of storytellers working in Canada.

Elfred Matining
Elfred Matining is a queer, Filipinx arts and community organizer. With over 10 years of leadership experience, he leads the community in finding new ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing our world through film and art by connecting people in dialogue and mentorship through the framework of storytelling and pedagogy. In his previous role as Senior Manager of Community Initiatives at TELUS Storyhive, Elfred led and oversaw a collaborative team that brought initiatives focused on capacity building for underrepresented communities across BC and Alberta. He also designed and led Storyhive's training initiatives for 60+ production teams annually with accessibility, inclusion and reciprocity as the mobilizing factors of the design. Prior to Storyhive, Elfred was Director of Programs for ArtStarts in Schools, an arts organization focused on integrating arts based learning into school curriculum. Through his experiences there, he honed his skills in experiential and anti-oppressive curriculum design, bringing an inquiry based approach to learning, mentorship, and community building.
Elfred graduated with a BFA from the Emily Carr University of Art & Design and a certificate in Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Elfred also sits on various advisory boards for community organizations focused in art and community capacity building. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
