WBD strives to provide equal opportunity to all. WBD Access x ReelWorks VFX Post Coordinator Training Program, aims to provide individuals who have faced barriers breaking into the industry with access to below-the-line jobs on Warner Bros. Discovery film and television productions.

As a result of Warner Bros. Discovery’s commitment to building a more inclusive workforce, Warner Bros. Discovery Access has partnered with Reel Works’ MediaMKRS program to create a free 7-week training program to develop post-production coordinators that will prepare them to work in high-end scripted programming. Trainees will connect with industry professionals who will provide them with real-world knowledge, collaborate with peers to apply their learning in scenario-based practicums, and gain tools to enhance their communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. At the end of the training, all participants will receive a stipend. This training will take place remotely.
