Providing directors a pathway into the episodic television directing space

WBD strives to provide equal opportunity to all. Formerly known as the Warner Bros. Television Directors Workshop, the Warner Bros. Discovery Access Directors Program provides directors who have faced barriers breaking into the industry a pathway into the episodic television directing space. Selected directors will shadow on up to two episodes of a WBD show then direct an episode later in the same season.
